Meet The Principal
Jill Hall
Being an educator is a life long dream and has always been important to me. I have been employed with Hamilton County Schools since 2001. I have taught at Spring Creek, Red Bank, and Daisy Elementary Schools. I have taught a variety of grade levels and have been an active participant on leadership teams and served as grade level leader at both Red Bank and Daisy Elementary.
I graduated from Red Bank High School and earned my bachelor's degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Later in my career, I attended Trevecca Nazarene University to earn a master's degree in Educational Leadership. Through Public Education Foundation, I gained additional professional development experiences as I participated in the Leadership Fellows Program Cohort 21. This was a valuable experience to increase my experience in school leadership and build relationships that will be extremely beneficial throughout my career.
During my time at Daisy Elementary School, I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade. During the 2018-19 school year, my position at Daisy changed as I became a teacher on special assignment (TOSA) and began in-house training for a leadership role. During the 2019-20 school year, I was promoted to the assistant principal role and continued to build my career in educational leadership. I was honored to be named the principal at Daisy Elementary beginning July 1, 2020. I can truly say Daisy has become my home and I value the relationships I have with the Daisy community.
I am grateful for my career. Not many people can say they have a career they love and enjoy, I can! Though it is not always easy, it is rewarding and fulfilling. I am excited to begin the next steps to my journey and am proud to be at Daisy Elementary School.
